Our Shame and Self-Worth webinar has been developed to explore what shame is and how it affects us.
We will look at the impact of early trauma on a child’s sense of (toxic) shame and discuss strategies to increase their shame resilience.
We concentrate on understanding the differences between shame and guilt and how shame ultimately impacts our survival responses.
The aim of this webinar is to help you explore the behaviour in a wider context – when the time is right – in order to limit shame and boost worthiness.
There are many opportunities for you to ask questions and talk about your experiences with other parents during this webinar
