As one of the leading independent fostering agencies, our focus is on providing excellent outcomes for children and young people who have experienced numerous placement disruptions or have lived in a residential children’s home. We believe in the value of resilient and skilled foster carers, who are well supported and trained. In February 2026, we became part of children’s charity Adoption Matters, securing a not for profit future for our agency in Wales.
The role:
We are looking for dedicated supervising social workers who are passionate about supporting foster carers and committed to improving the lives and outcomes of children and young people.
